How to request deletion

Use the email address associated with your Test Prep Lite account and send your request to:

Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line

This helps us process your request quickly. No other information is required.

We'll confirm and process your request

You'll receive a confirmation email. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

What data is deleted and what is kept

✓ Permanently Deleted
  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Encrypted password
  • Your account record
⚠ Temporarily Retained
  • Transactional email logs
  • Aggregated, anonymized usage data
Transactional email logs (e.g., password reset records) may be retained for up to 90 days for security and fraud-prevention purposes, after which they are permanently deleted. Aggregated usage data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to you.
